What to Wear IX
I'm alive. It's September. Life is good. Ever feel like you just need to fall off the face of the earth for a bit? August was the most relaxing, and I was so happy to step back from the blog and just focus on having fun and enjoying the rest of summer. With that said, it felt good getting back to this space after a month off!
With autumn on my mind and summer coming to an end in a few weeks, I'm so ready to transition my wardrobe for the fall days ahead. Sweater weather is my absolute favorite. Though DC will keep warm for a while longer, throwing knits on with shorts and adding in some dark leathers will definitely be my go-to for the cooler evenings ahead. I actually can't wait to retire my sandals and tanks. With September comes the urge to purchase some new flats and I'm dying to snag some Jenni Kayne options. Give me all the dark leather, pointed-toe shoes. All of them.
While you're here, be sure to check out the shop - updated with all my current favorites. I've also added in a new contact form to the blog and my Spotify link to follow my playlists. In an effort to take more time to focus on my everyday life, I'm hoping to keep things simplified here. While I adored having the extras across the blog, it's simply too hard to update them every week with my full-time job and other projects. Here's hoping I can keep up a regular posting schedule and updated shop as fall roles in. It's the perfect time to clean up!
In other news, my portfolio site has been renovated! Like I said, simple works best.
