Hello, friends. What a week it's been. Lots of hard work, little sleep, sad news, emotions, social media anxiety, the list goes on. I don't think I have the energy to go into all the details, but the weekend was just what I needed to snap out of it and recollect myself. I slept a lot and let my body and mind feel what they needed to feel. I was lazy, ate poorly, cried all week, and then had a really good weekend spent back at home for a bit, with family, brunching, and binge watching Made in a good British reality tv show. Anyways, it made me feel much better and even putting this post together made me feel a bit inspired again. So, I'm looking forward to a fresh week and especially a long holiday weekend with the promise of a good time. Happy Monday, everyone!
